Big Mountain Teams up with SpamExperts for Industry Leading 99.98% Accuracy

[divider]Big Mountain remains committed to providing the most accurate spam and virus filtering service available. This post is to announce that Big Mountain has teamed up with SpamExperts to provide industry leading spam filtering through their hosted cloud servers.

Big Mountain has always been known for providing accurate and effective spam filtering for our dedicated and shared Kerio Connect hosting services. Today, we raise the bar once again with 99.98% accuracy and the lowest 0.0001% false positive rates. We have also extended this protection as a standalone filtering service for businesses hosting their own email servers in-house. With this new service, our users will enjoy new features such as PDF or HTML quarantine reports, online account management allowing users to create their own white and blacklists, view mail activity logging and real-time view of their quarantined messages.

Additionally, this service will include greater redundancy with multi-location server clusters located around the world, 24/7/365 monitoring and automatic updates.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be migrating our users from our old spam filtering firewalls over to our new SpamExperts hosted cloud service. Users should expect no service disruptions. However, while we are in this process, users may continue to receive spam quarantine reports from both our previous firewalls and our new cloud service.
